at your request, every morning, we present the ghigorotto basket—a curated selection of delights sourced from our farm and local producers. depending on availability, this delightful offering may showcase freshly baked Langa bread, emerging warm from the wood-fired ovens of Manera. crafted with grains cultivated in the fertile lands of Langa and stone-ground at the Sobrino mill. the ensemble might also feature an assortment of cheeses and dairy wonders derived from the diligent work of a new generation of young shepherds in Murazzano. our collection extends further with our signature organic hazelnut creams and cakes, culminating in the inclusion of the finest seasonal fruits. our ethos transcends mere isolation; we perceive ourselves as interconnected microcosms. in instances where our production takes a pause, our trusted network of local producers’ steps in. this philosophy has not only guided our journey but has also inspired the championing of small, virtuous, and ethical enterprises. indulge in a harmonious fusion of flavors, crafted with care and inspired by a commitment to quality and sustainability.
